How long will it take before I am accepted into the program?
Applicants are accepted into the TouchPoint affiliate program within 1-3 business days.
Does this mean I get a free set of TouchPoints?
Not necessarily. TouchPoint Solution will evaluate all candidates for promotional products on a case-by-case basis. All affiliates will receive a commission as a reward for promoting TouchPoints.
When do I get paid?
All commissions are paid on the Friday following 30 days after the order has been delivered to the buyer, in accordance with the
Return/Refund Policy.
How do I get paid?All affiliates are paid out via PayPal.
What is the 30-day cookie and why is it important?
With the 30-day cookie, if someone comes to our store via your affiliate link and purchases something within 30 days, you will receive a commission for it. You will earn your commission even if it's during a different visit or without your affiliate link or promo code.
I live outside of the U.S. or Canada. Can I still apply?At this time, we are only accepting affiliates within the continental United States and Canada.
What does Desired Coupon Code mean?
This is your preferred discount code that you can share to earn commission. It can be (almost) anything you want! Most people use their name or business and the coupon value i.e. LASTNAME12 or BUSINESS12.
Discount codes cannot be previous or current discount code used in TouchPoint Solution's own promotional sales and materials.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. Nada. Zilch! The TouchPoint affiliate program is free to join and can be canceled at any time.
Can my website join the affiliate program?
Yes, we are accepting individuals and websites within the United States and Canada into the affiliate program. Please provide specific details around how you plan to promote TouchPoints in your affiliate application.
How can I keep track of my sales and commissions?
Log into the Refersion Affiliate dashboard. Here you'll be able to see your sales, payment status, shorten your affiliate link, and all other relevant information.
What if I make a sale and it doesn't show up?
It takes about 1-2 business days for a sale to show up on your account. A sale will also only be credited to you if you make sure that the person shopping clicked your link to visit the TouchPoint site or used your promo code.
